On 23–24 July 2026, a data sprint will take place in Klagenfurt, utilising data from, amongst other sources, the tweet archive of the author Ianina Ilitcheva. The data sprint is aimed at early-career researchers interested in working critically with digital data, experimental methods and collaborative research formats. No specific prior knowledge is required. Application deadline: May 4, 2026
from 02.03.26 (hybrid): The Distinguished Lecture Series invites leading international experts in diverse aspects of DH to share their perspectives with the interested audience - weekly from 5PM.

from 10.3.26 (Vienna): This lecture series aims to provide an overview of the state of research and current theory, practice and methods in the digital humanities. Speakers from different areas of the humanities will show how the digital approaches they use open up new possibilities for their research.
Invitation & Call for Contributions: Participants are invited to submit their contributions (workshop, presentation, poster) until April 15. (Participation is also possible without submitting a contribution to the programme until June 1.)

CLARIAH-AT is the consortium of Austrian universities, research and GLAM institutions that coordinates and drives Austrian activities in the European ESFRI research infrastructures CLARIN-ERIC and DARIAH-EU.
