The legal basis for the processing of your data is your application and - if a scholarship is awarded - your acceptance and use of a scholarship granted by the CLARIAH-AT Consortium. Your data are processed insofar as this is necessary for the selection procedure and the administration of the funding or scholarship, is based on a legal obligation, or is justified by the legitimate interests of the CLARIAH-AT Consortium in promoting research as well as in the establishment, exercise, and defence of legal claims (Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) GDPR; § 2g FOG).
We process your personal data for the purpose of conducting the selection and review process and—if funding is granted—for administering the funding or scholarship, for documentation and public relations purposes, and for fulfilling reporting obligations.
